Camden Park is a community of townhomes in the center of Aliso Viejo, California. Residents here enjoy spectacular views of the city lights and Saddleback Valley.
Camden Park is comprised of three story brownstone townhomes that were built in 2001 and 2002 by Ryland Homes. Each unit faces either a greenbelt area or street lined with mature trees. Every home also has two-car garages, fireplaces, and central air condition. There are four floor plans which feature resort-like amenities. The smallest, the Mayfair, has two bedrooms and 1,197 square feet of living space. The Knightsbridge has three bedrooms and 1,560 square feet. Community benefits include a swimming pool and spa. There are thirteen streets including Brisbane Lane, Plumeria Lane, Open View Lane, Pecan Drive, and Burlingame Lane.
Camden Park is serviced by the award winning Capistrano Unified School District which offers Oak Grove Elementary and Don Juan Avila Middle School. Both schools are within walking distance of this community. Nearby is Aliso Niguel High School. The city also has private schools like Van Damme Academy, and Aliso Viejo Christian School. This is also the home of Soka University of America which is a private four-year undergrad and grad school that focuses on liberal arts. The university has a performing arts theater and residents like to visit to hike, run, and walk the trails that are throughout the campus.
Camden Park is close to the Aliso Viejo Town Center where you’ll find services like banking, cleaning, and hair services. It also features stores and restaurants like Barnes & Noble, Pier 1 Imports, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Taco Bell, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill. This community is only a 15 minute drive to the beach and within just a few minutes is the Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness Park. The park covers 2,789 acres of grassy hills and woodlands as well as an 11 mile loop for bikers, hikers, and explorers.
